    Received from CTP Shareholders Association today:

    "Dear CPSA Members
    Well known O&G scribe Peter Strachan has given us permission to distribute his article on the CTP Santos Dukas JV. See attached.

    The highlight is the effect of Strachan's predicted discovery of 1.5 Tcf. He estimates (with assumptions) CTP's share price will increase 363% from $0.15 to $0.55! This is great news for CTP shareholders. Let's hope he's right. "
