Hmmm so its a public holiday in the US today, so this rules out any announcement tomorrow.
If they didn't feel obligated to inform us when they knew the 30th November was unachievable (because completion is post the mandatory shareholder approval that takes 28 days), why would we expect them to feel obligated just because this date is referred to in an announcement.
Guess it comes down to the 30th on Monday then - I am honestly not expecting anything.
Has anyone spoken to JC / GS - or just getting message bank?
