    Several recent announcements value DRA at 17c npv against current price of 7c.

    Seems an easy 100-150% to be made on DRA in the next few weeks or so, assuming regulatory approvals are received. My (perhaps biased) view is that the approval process is mainly red tape with all the important (influential) parties in favour.

    Watch for an increase in activity as a signal of good news on approval process. This should propel DRA well over 10c.
