Strage trading pattern & short postion

I been watching this stock for weeks now and a very Strage trading pattern ... someone wants to keep a cap on this price
speciallly at the end of the trading there is a very small trades like 300 unit and price is droped 2% or 3 %. not sure if couple of traders are palying on this or someone related to company

also can some explain there is a short postion of 9.40% of total shares on issue and how this happen? someone is making big time money even company fails tomrrow

i think fair valule of this stock is around 49c
