Looks like no truer statement has been said. VCR has been supposively in negotiations with a buyer and someone wanting to make a stragetic stake. Their actions speak loud and clear regarding their intentions of sourcing funds I say.

Calling a VA effectively blocked the stragetic stake party.

Trading halt, suspension and calling a VA a convenience???
