Due to the share price not being where it really should have been when discussions commenced over the 50% buy in, an independent valuation would assist both parties to arrive at a much fairer agreed price. This issue of new shares to NMDC would then have to be accepted by the Board as well as Shareholders at an EGM. (Capital structure doubled, if payment goes towards the issue of new shares... but the Company gets to retain all the cash injected as well as keeping all its projects and with funding not being a problem, larger and more advanced projects could be acquired and taken through to development stage and spinning off assets into other listed entities would be likely to come into play as well ; essentially benefitting all shareholders, new and old)
