fair points bigstock and to be honest i haven't bothered to do any research on the guy yet. however i would suggest that his appointment would have been cleared with nmdc given the poition they are about to take. and donovan would not want to take a position with the company only to be booted in a month. so imo all these discussions would have taken place and now we have the end result that both lcy and nmdc are happy with to move forward on. next announcement will be the deal and the board appointments from nmdc. guess we'll find out soon enough. got another small order in yesterday at 10.5.
