increases in wheat yields will have to cover the increased cost in potash for WA farmers to come on board unless WA miners are going to discount their sales to local farmers. APC can’t discount too much because they will actually be MOP users. I think K&S/KLL will take the current domestic SOP market by being first in. I was at a RWD AGM a few years ago and MR said RWD wouldn’t supply the domestic market at a discount if it could export at full price.
