We are all aware of the pending legal issues hanging over BMN but how straight is the judicial and government in Namibia. All it would take in a corrupt country would be for Savannah to pay off some official, take over the lease and then get some company to start the mine for a substantial sum and then no more mining marble.
What a dream like scenario but we have all seen it happen before.
