My comment was in response to someone (not sure if it was you) that Rio didn't renew due to a courier error/lost. I think the history on the tenement has been covered well enough and it was a lot more than that (expenditure, for example).
I was under the impression that the majority of the Financial Press were of the opinion that Rio were lucky to get away with it. Correct me if I am wrong, of course.
I don't mention the midnight pegging, but I hardly see how what time of day it is impacts, anyway.
There are significant differences between Savannah v BMN and Cazaly v Rio. In fact they are quite a bit different.
