You hit the nail on the head, re CAZ, wrt Savanna case. As Alphonsus pointed out in his legal opinion as well, a late submission for the affadavit is not putting a good light in the eyes of the court. As of yesterday, the ASX shortsell list had an increase of the shorted BMN shares. Could this explain some of the belting in the SP of late? A sort of shaking the tree to find the less resolved to feed into this momentum play.
An article in the The West Australian today reported that hedge funds including overseas have been shorting our resource sector on bad news especially those that are in a downward momentum. If this is the case, there is just no way of knowing when SP falls heavily is the result of artificial or genuine selling! I suspect in BMN's case it is a bit of both
