And yes it is good news.
As far as cost to shareholders, Worst case - court costs.
However a serious company doesn't take this sort of action without being sure of a result.
Upon the claim being sucessful the court costs are usually borne by the defendants and the shareholders will be the richer $ for it - the successful claim that is.
I am puzzled Col you claim to have no sentiment and hold no stock yet are a keen follower of CBZ.
I take it you are looking to invest in CBZ.
