On a seperate thread; Helen Cameron's resignation from acting MD and director could be read 2 ways. 1)She doesn't believe in the future of CBZ or 2) She could never explain/live down the sale of part of her shares, so it's better she goes to avoid this being the focus in coming meetings.

Supporting the latter is the appointment of new directors who must surely have been briefed on experts review due shortly.

Then again nothing surprises me in this stock.
