They only get $3M from GFE immediately the rest is paid over the next 5 years ... I think the net present value of the sale would be lucky to be their book value, not much below though.
What will the effect of all the impairments in the next result, quite a big loss, may punish the share price a bit later on? It is hard to weigh in what a fair price for metals co will be until they show they can actually make money and not just spend it!
I am really not sure on this one, I would be holding if I had not sold earlier, but really not sure if it is clear enough to buy back in these prices.
