I did not say it had anything to do with FAR or PCL directly. I simply stated that it may explain some of the current negative sentiment that is out there for all oil explorers and oil companies in general. It is not only about Brazil's national oil company, as it makes the point that the issue of carbon capture has the potential to impact all future oil projects. This is the main point of the article and is an interesting perspective on how future investment in oil may be impacted.
