Mgmt still confident they can get funding approval as per ann and they are sacrificing a lot to save on costs to get this to production at the best approx time (no suggestive dates could be given) without dilution to Shares..

The only problem is they are doing the maths and risk calcs based on their massive holding imo and are thinking long term so IKW should be traded as a long term trade.
I think the SP is way too low though due to mgmt not updating and trading conditions.
