I have been buying a few and averaged down. My belief is that production will finally go ahead this year if the coal price stays stable.

Their sp is ridiculous. Pretty much puts no value on the project. On pure metrics its cheap.

Have been given the heads up to consider averaging down, which appears to be happening around the place.

Still a 3-4 month sit but due to the liquidity may head up a bit quicker if you are trying to get volume.
