Dear Roc'ers
I lodged complaint to ROC and in particular pointing out obligations for continious disclosure under ASX listing rules.
JD replied and said in short the timing and content of announcements must be agreed with partners and authorities before release.
I re read my email and must admit I sounded like a nutter. But he had the good grace to reply and I accept his explanation so I will give the benefit of doubt and exercise continued patience.
