It seems SPI hasn't done much since the ignominious exit from Norway in 2019:
- Dale has now changed his name to D James Hobbie.
- He has moved back to Florida.
- The SPI website hasn't been updated fro over two years.
- The Martinsburg site has been soldLMAO. Berkeley Country bought the entire 122 acres in 2021. They are now selling parcels.
