The fact that he has decided to call himself D James Hobbie doesn't hide anything so it is pointless trying to suggest otherwise.
The Development Authority info page clearly states that anyone's use does not preclude subdivision but you try and say that the County is subdividing it to sell. Show us where the subdivision is gazetted.
