You say I think the authorities lie. No. I say your interpretation is incorrect and you push your interpretation on people without anything other than the "Everyone Knows" line and trust me I'm an expert.
The fact that he has decided to call himself D James Hobbie doesn't hide anything so it is pointless trying to suggest otherwise.
The Development Authority info page clearly states that anyone's use does not preclude subdivision but you try and say that the County is subdividing it to sell. Show us where the subdivision is gazetted.
