strange company... capital structure ?

This is a large company by revenue and market cap.

Trading at loss, mostly by assets write down and depreciation. They hold very little cash $19 mil on a $2.1 billion annual revenue.

However, the huge number of penny shares at the moment is strange to me.

13.573 billion shares x 4.4c = $600mil market capital with low liquidity trading is very strange.

0.1c movement = $14mil market cap movement..

Do you guys think shares consolidation is on the agenda ?
