I followed the trades and they look like a solo operator on this one to double the company market cap :).
The low liquidity does help. Perhaps one only need to spend $1mil buying shares on the market to double the market cap by $500mil. Not so sure what to make of it in this case ?.
It will be a billion $ company again when it get to 8c :)
