    I am not sure what is going on but FMS will not go past 10.5 with 9 million on the sell side....


    I think it might drop back to 9 and then head north...

    It's definitely manipulation but one thing is for sure....If it's being held back it means that those involved are accumulating under 10.5 in anticipation of a big announcement....
