Does the announcement get held off untill it is to late for option holders to convert. At 10 to 10.5 it is to risky. If you are an option holder you would not buy on the market at this price nor would you convert. Time is running out. It would be sad if this is the case that they are being held where they are only to have the options that are not converted to be underwritten. I hope this makes sense. Jorvik
