wow byron the share price has only been crashing since July 2009 since these new directors took control, now that its had a small bounce off its low after some insiders got word of the buyback before it was announced to market we should praise the directors lol

IDG directors raised money at .25 with free options, now they want to use that money after diluting the value of the company to buy back stock on market HIGHER then the .25 placement they just completed, does this really sound like smart directors running the company? having to use the companies funds to move the share price back up..
