No guarantees tommorrow's announcement will set the world on fire but at least their pro active and IMO there will be plenty more to come. Can't help you with your 71 cent target, wouldn't dare. Some would be sitting on good profit at 71 cents, so we all have our own goals all the way up. If it goes up.LOL.
