Oh great Rogue Trader
can we agree on some facts please? surely the collapse of IDG's share price is due to the fact that previous management couldn't come up with any projects that could create any value. Reviewing the company's latest balance sheet showed that IDG had raised $39m in equity from long suffering shareholders and destroyed $22m (see accumulated losses!!). If you look at the Tusker float, it has already created a lot for value for IDG shareholders to the utter dismay of people like yourselves!!!
Regarding the buyback, the directors dont HAVE to buy back the shares. If the market starts to ignore the gibberish of people like yourselves and the shareprice goes up of its own accord, then the board simply wont buy back any more shares!!!
Rogue Trader please do your research before making misleading statements.
p.s. was Dick Leeson your role model?!
