Fear of 'the big drop' possibly. Elliott wavers are predicting the imminent end to the bear rally in the US - see my earlier post.

The 'men in black' also seem to be being succesful in pushing TLS down. As blue chip as you can get and paing a yield of nearly 5% fully franked. Beats 99% of the others on the board as an investment choice but can't turn a trick on the P.R. front.
