strange reaction by wa voters

So, after 3 years of a dysfunctional minority government, and a new government hamstrung by a Senate Opposition who'd vote against celebrating their own mothers' birthdays if it was a Liberal motion, WA voters get the chance to play deal-breakers.

So far, about a 5% swing against the 2 major Parties, 6% to the Greens and 7.5% to the buffoon from Fairfax.

Did people really sit down and think to themselves "I think the best thing for the nation is another hung parliament with even more loopy fringe dwellers calling the shots"?

Do they even remember Windsor? Do they remember Oakshott? The poll count so far beggars belief.
