I'm not saying he's a fool. I'm certain he's highly intelligent I'm interpreting part of what you said 'He's inexperienced on the corporate side though' as coming out not looking good to shorter term players. The market makes it's own judgement short and long term. This may well have opened up the stock to takeover but not a the price he wants.
