You are offered about .085 for one GMD . The directors have stitched up the shareholders by issuing shares to GMD at a low ball price. This in effect pins our share price to GMD. Even if we had good results our directors would do their best to not release them. -some of us shareholders are not signing the form at the end of the day it looks like there are no major shareholders fighting against this decision and we will inherit GMD shares.
GMD should do very well with 2m oz gold and our processing plant for one-third of the replacement cost and all our assets for free. We would be lucky to double our money which is 18c for DCN shares if GMD goes to $2.00 or more.
