Here's something from a local perspective. If I didn't know the specifics of the Bigham 1H flowback from Strike and only had my eyes and local information to go on, I believe that my opinion would be completely different. Pipeline and seismic work being done seven days a week; leasing of smaller tracts to the north and east of Bigham; Cypress leasing personnel overloaded with work. Somehow there's a disconnect between what I'm seeing/hearing locally versus what's being reported through Strike.

I don't know if you can interpret that as 'optimistic' or not, but I just thought I'd throw it out there.
