All board members could be making more money elsewhere.
The fact that they are here and building an opportunity for themselves and share holders (they take as much of their pay as ASX allows in script) is to my thinking a very real indicator of their belief in the projects and their willingness to take risk along with share holders.
Don't forget that in this section of the market money will be needed periodically, unless those S32 drills turn up something of high interest, which is very possible.
