Hey Kiwi, i understand your thoughts and cannot say that i don't agree with them somewhat and at times it has caused me some concern, its worth considering however though whether or not S32 would get a reputation for doing this in its JV's? Possibly a good question for management to ascertain S32's reputation in this regard. Personally i have no idea but would like to think that management understood this as part of their due diligence.
