    This could be any number of reasons:

    1. A Cross trade between the same broker with an existing holder wanting to take profit and a buyer happy to purchase.
    2. A Cross trade between the same broker who is in fact the seller and buyer to spook the natives into selling.

    Any others I'm sure.
