I have noticed a large sell order for $3.46, somebody thinks...

I have noticed a large sell order for $3.46, somebody thinks this stock will run....but i am not so sure..2 cents will be my limit, think the old speculator has got some hype out there on it. I bought it last time when the speculator recommended in the Bulletin and it spiked quickly, but has done nothing for months until today and surprise surprise, the speculator mentioned it again.
