    I didn't even realise mimecast was delisted and bought out by a private equity firm recently for $5.8bn USD. Wasn't that multiples of over 20-25x?

    Sure locks in the notion of value here within a normal stabilised market. Market is rough for tech and growth, don't see anything changing before july.
