You have asked me to explain but you can and should DYOR and draw your own conclusions. But if I were a shareholder I would want to know why we were giving 2 million dollars of money that was ear marked on the last cap raise to prove up our own resource particlularly the IO to another company with which there is an existing association. If I were a shareholder I wouldn't mind so much if there was a drilling update or two on the business of FMS.
