I don't think so. A single large buy came in (a smart investor, IMHO) and that drove the price to $0.034, then a small time seller came in with a market sell order for a few thousand shares and the price fell right back to the background buy level.

Price increases won't be sustained until the buying is sustained.

Give it a bit of time. Patience is the word.
