The so-called "seller" (allegedly Ward Ferry but could be another ticked off insto) is selling into the rally. I imagine the "seller" waits for the buy line to fatten up then takes out the buy orders in one move. If buyers know that their buy orders will get sold into, they will not increase their buy price. This in part explains why the share price kept going down on low volumes.
This is exactly the same thing that happened when Galoc production resumed and the share price went up to 17c before being smacked down to 13c.
