    At 4:10 there was a 400k buy on ccco and has been active all day, lots of interest.

    But the heads are getting smacked. Come on ccc time to pull your finger out. Looks like the sp is being controlled. Would this be correct?

    Fundamentally cheap but selling is worth noting/explanation
