    My only hypothetical concern with CNP at the moment is if the banks rate the managment of the centres as having a worth of 0 then CNP is in trouble, but more so IF this happens (IF is stressed) then once it is sold up the share holders will get 0 after the banks, administrators etc take theirs...

    CER owns a lot of assets with minimal debt and if it is sold up then the share holders should see a return, ie less risk. Thus is why i think the difference exists. IMO ofcourse...

    We are totally in the hands of the banks and our new besty Rufrano, if all goes well at the end of April then we are giggling...
