Strange that the trustees for two of the almond orchards have been placed in receivership. These relate to the orchards for which the Align Group (Timbercorp Primary Infrasture Fund) acts as trustee for.
What is strange is that SHV's share price is maintaining it's recent strength on the back of this news. Align was seen as one of the likely buyers of the orchards to take over from Timbercorp as responsible entity. With them in receivership I would have thought this would have had a negative impact on SHV's share price.
