I don't think its too strange....the news I read is that many bids have no been received from 'internatial parties and australian parties' for the almond assets......
I think the share price is staying up cause SHV has a good shot at getting the assets on the cheap itself and I think a lot of fresh capital is waiting in the wings at anywhere near current prices, should the assets be acquired cheaply
