    Indeed, as someone who bought ZIP 2023 at under 35 cents, it wasn’t clear at the time which direction ZIP would take. They had an emergency infusion from a lender of last resort, and without that, ZIP might have gone under. But Oct 2024, of course, I’m all smiles turned a Lexus sized investment into a Lambo sized one.

    As of today SRG in the mid-20 cent range is a very, very interesting bet—though it has lots more moving parts than ZIP did in 2023, which, at the time of its lows, had repositioned the business from growth to profits, but those profits hadn’t yet materialized.

    With SRG, it feels like it could either be a value trap or a 3-bagger by mid 2025—nothing much in between, in my opinion. I’ve moved my SGR investment from 4 to 5 figures this week and am considering 6 figures, but I’m not quite confident enough yet to make that step.
