Doubtful re buyback. Small chance of dividends at half year or more likely this time next year. SOI is ok as it is. More chance more M & A & cap raising than buybacks at this stage IMO.They need to bed down acquisition, confirm they can deal with production issues at Bauna & generate cash for another 18 months at least before any buyback would be considered - & they wouldn't use debt to buyback (actually its probably a covenant?)
