So do i understand this correctly? the underwriters were forced to aquire the 78
% of shares that were not taken up by retail at $2.05 and are now selling them at a loss?
Can anyone estimate how many they had and have left to sell?
I am thinking the sp could be under pressure for a while with this overhang and the decling op.
