Something is not right. Yes I agree that you don't overspend on offices when you are a start up and put the money to good work. But come on, office location and just putting a few things in place to make your investor (who are guest) feel welcome at a general meeting would go a long way. My gut feeling is if you put that much effort into the details of a general meeting what is going into the details of running the company. I might be wrong ........with all the capital raising and money that has been tipped in I would think that to attract employees and investors one needs to spend a little time on house keeping.

I'm not a shareholder and do not have an opinion yet but seems to me that there are many on this thread that are keen to either buy into this thing or have an interest to talk the SP up. Anyway I will sit on the sidelines a little longer I think.
