As I wrote before Christmas: Wouldn't the obvious thing be for SFR to make an all share offer for SRT. Somewhat minimal for SFR and saves it cash; provides an out for SRT share-holders who want out (and don't want SFR paper); gets rid of the SRT board...Just a thought. Not sure of the steps to implement, but pressure surely growing for something that disturbs the status quo.
